All sites are hosted on our Media Cloud network of servers. Disk Space (storage) overages are calculated at $2US per GB. Bandwidth overages are calculated at $100US per 1,000GB of downloads. If you are reaching your plan limits, add an extension to save money! We will not blindside you with charges. You will be contacted if your storage quota or bandwidth limit is reached BEFORE you are billed. You can purchase a Disk Space extension by clicking here.
Set up of single domain or subdomain plus any required billing account setup. Your site can optionally be installed on a development domain and then converted to your live domain for free.
Most support issues are handled free of charge. This includes help using the CMS, billing setup, FTP setups, and system-side errors. We reserve the right to charge a $30 minimum support fee per incident for extensive support, emergency support, or customer generated errors. If you crash your site, or delete your data, we will likely charge a support fee. System-side bug/error discovery & correction is free of charge.
All official module upgrades are installed and available free of charge to HOSTED domains. All PayProCMS hosting plans include a free Template Customization module that allows clients to customize the front-end of their site. Any other back-end and front-end customizations will be billed at our Programming rate.

"PAYPRO 1000" accounts PAID MONTHLY are entitled to a 100% refund if request is received within 30-days of original purchase date. Annual accounts are not eligible for 30-day money back guarantee. No refund requests will be approved for any other account levels, or beyond 30-days of the original purchase date. Requesting custom programming or billing installation will terminate the 30-day guarantee.
Account contracts are renewed every 30-days for monthly accounts, 90-days for quarterly accounts, and 365-days for annual accounts, beginning on the original purchase date. You must CONTACT US at least 3 business days before your cms rebill date to cancel your recurring payment.
Chargebacks are not acceptable under any circumstances and will be prosecuted under US/EU fraud laws. A chargeback will also prevent you from ever purchasing from our billing companies, as they will put you on a blacklist. If you are unhappy with our software, CONTACT US for a refund. We are happy to work with you.
All PayProCMS hosting plans include FTP access to the account upload directory. Clients should not host any files in that directory other than content files intended to be added to PayProCMS. FTP includes an 'external' folder that allows you to host non-script files, such as promotional materials.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Late payments are charged a pro-rated fee per day. License payments not received after 48 hours of the due date will result in suspension of the account. There is a $30 fee to re-activate a suspended account. Account files are deleted 7 days after suspension or closure.
All content submitted or uploaded to the licensee's domain is consider User Content. By posting or publishing User Content to the licensed domain, the licensee represents and warrants to PayProCMS that (a) they have all necessary rights to distribute User Content via the licensed domain, either because they are the author of the User Content and have the right to distribute the same, or because they have the appropriate distribution rights, licenses, consents, and/or permissions to use, in writing, from the copyright or other owner of the User Content, and (b) the User Content does not violate the rights of any third party. The licensee shall be solely responsible for any and all of Content that is submitted or uploaded to the licensed domain, and the consequences of, and requirements for, distributing it. Licensees retain all Intellectual Property rights to Content and Data collected and stored on the licensed domains. At no time will PayProCMS retain ownership of any Content or Data uploaded to the licensee's domains.
PayProCMS licenses give you the right to use our software to manage your website. It does not in any way transfer ownership of our software to any third-party or customer. PayProCMS is not open source software and we do not provide the source code for our system. PayProCMS is wholly owned and operated by NationalWebDev.
